We are always looking for great book recommendations.  Each time we attend a conference, we spend time scouting out vendors who are knowledgeable about what kids are reading and what teachers are scooping up.  Here are a few that were being talked about at the IRA conference this year!

One of the things we try to determine with our barometer children is whether the out of compliance behaviors are a cry for attention or if they're organically based (physically or physiologically stimulated and beyond the control of the child).
