Here are some steps we can all take to make a healthier New Year a possibility:
- Strive for less stress in each day.
- Laugh more.
- Set aside more family time.
- Read for enjoyment and personal growth.
- Drink more water.
- Eat more fruits and vegetables.
- Shed five pounds.
- Take a daily walk or run.
- Unplug from technology at least four to six hours a day.
- Quit tobacco use.
- Modify alcohol consumption.
Build in these simple opportunities to focus on your health and watch what possibilities come your way. Every journey starts with a step forward.
