Are your coworkers, students, and classroom making you sick?

It’s always the right time to take some personal actions to keep from getting sick.

The best way to avoid germs is to follow these 10 simple preventive measures:

  • Wash your hands for 20 seconds, frequently
  • Cover your cough
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth
  • Wipe down your cell phone
  • Sanitize your mouse/keyboard
  • Clean your coffee cup
  • Wipe down your pen/pencil
  • Make Kleenex available
  • Bring on the hand sanitizer
  • Try a fist bump instead of a handshake

Follow these simple measures to help avoid the germs that make you sick.
