Managing student behavior and encouraging self-regulation can be challenging, but it becomes easier when students are given the tools to help themselves. That's why we've created this batch of printables designed to support your students' journey toward better self-control and focus. Included is a poster filled with simple, effective ideas for what students can do when they need a break (great to hang in the calming corner), a sign students can use to signal they’re taking a breather, and a behavior reflection form to guide them in thinking about their choices.

These printables are meant to build independence and help students take ownership of their actions. By teaching students to recognize when they need a break and providing them with constructive ways to manage their feelings, you'll create a classroom environment where students feel empowered to self-regulate.
