It’s not a coincidence that people with high energy levels usually have positive thoughts and calm, peaceful emotions. They feel happier and healthier and draw others into their positive circle. When your energy is positive, your mind finds the positive in the various situations of your life.

But consider what it feels like when your energy is low. You feel sluggish, often with a critical eye toward the world, and your thoughts often flow to the negative.

How do you keep yourself energized? 

Being around other happy people gives you positive energy. Getting enough sleep to rejuvenate your body and mind gives you positive energy. Eating a balanced, nutritious diet helps maintain your energy. 

High energy leads to positive thoughts and tranquil emotions. Low energy often leads to negative thoughts and a downward spiral of emotions.

Keep yourself energized. Find the fun, love, and passion in your life to help bring you balance and energy.
