No matter who you lead or where you lead, the moments make it worth it.

I wish you the moments.

The moments you know you’ve had an impact.

The moments you know you’ve made a difference.

Do those moments happen every day? No.

Do the moments happen every week? Hmm, I hope so.

Are there times when you may not know the difference you have made until years later? For sure.

But, I hope you know that you are making a difference. The way you treat those trusted to your care in every moment, in every situation, matters.

The moments when they frustrate you? They matter.

The moments when you want to throw in the towel? They matter.

I wish you the great moments, the frustrating moments, and all the moments in between, because they all matter. They are all part of the process. If we sign up for only the good times, the good moments, then we miss the opportunity through every teachable moment, the good and the bad. So, I wish you the moments. All of the moments. Because through all of the moments, you can experience a moment like this.
