Get your students' imaginations going with this fun writing prompt: "What does my teacher do in the summer?" This activity is perfect for the end of the school year, as a summer assignment, or as a back-to-school icebreaker to see what students think about your summer adventures.

Here are a couple of ways to get started:

  1. Blank Writing Paper: Have students write a story about what they think you do during the summer. They can get creative and let their imaginations run wild!
  2. List Writing: Ask students to list the things they imagine you do, places you might visit, and describe what they think the best part of your summer is.

You can use one of our printables or let students write their answers in their journals. It’s a great way to keep them engaged and curious!
