There are several things we can do if we need to reset our emotions or attitudes. My favorite (because it is quick and easy) is to take a few deep breaths.

Here's how: Take a deep breath in through your nose, filling your diaphragm with air. Hold it for about five seconds. Exhale slowly through your mouth. Repeat. It's a simple thing, but it will provide powerful benefits. Whatever stress we are feeling or negative situations we were dealing with, a few deep breaths will help bring us back to neutral.

There are many ways to reset. You may have a default method that you didn't know was accomplishing the same thing: a big yawn, rolling your shoulders, stretching, or a short walk.

Whatever it is, find your reset button and use it whenever you need it. Like me, you may be amazed at the results!
