If you've ever been on an airplane, you've heard the above mantra. On every plane, before every takeoff, on every runway around the world, passengers are reminded of the importance of taking care of themselves so they'll be able to tend to others.
We recently attended a Women's Leadership Summit here in Seattle where Shandel Slaten, a Master Certified Coach, was the featured speaker. Shandel is passionate about training and motivating women to achieve success in their businesses and relationships. Throughout the day she emphasized a very similar message to the one above. Breathe in, and enjoy.
