The Dandelion

The transformation from the little yellow flower into a delicate puffball is magical and inspirational. With the slightest breeze or breath, the seeds become airborne and float away to form new plants.

The puffball spreading its seeds is similar to each of us spreading our seeds of thoughts, words, and actions to others. What seeds are you spreading? What messages are you communicating? Are they positive and enlightening? Where will your seeds of encouragement and support land?

The magic of the puffball is in making a wish before you set the seedlings floating in the air. Purposeful intention means allowing yourself time to think of something positive to wish. My wish for you is that each seed you spread will be through positive thoughts, words, and deeds. 

Let each dandelion you see remind you that with a single breath, you too can spread encouragement that will float and land and grow with others.
