This is a great time of year to evaluate your health and your health goals. Are you on track with where you want to be? Did you start a healthy resolution last year? Did you accomplish that goal or did you get off track? There is no time like the beginning of a new year to reevaluate your health goals.

Be honest with yourself. Decide where you are and where you want to be. Write out your health goals for this coming year. Also write out what you need to do to accomplish your goal. The act of writing these things down will help keep you accountable.

If you got off track last year, rededicate yourself to getting back on track. Set reasonable goals and commit to yourself that you will keep it up this year.
