Carol Moehrle
Are you a manager? Our initial response might be sure, in the classroom. But let's think again. Let's look at our lives and think about how many things we are managing on a daily basis outside of the classroom setting:
- Time
- Energy
- Money
- Students
- Problems
- Decisions
- Talents
- Other people
- Schedules
- Responsibilities
- Chores
Two of the most important things we manage are our thoughts and our attitudes. It is with these things, which only we can control, that we manage our view of the world. We'll be the best managers we can be if we balance these, as well as everything else, with a positive spirit and attitude.
