Breathe
Take a moment to focus on your breathing. Focus on the rhythmic pattern of breathing in and out. Focus only on your lungs filling with calm, stress-free air and, as you release that breath, exhaling all the stress and worries from your mind.
Take one minute and allow your focus to be only on your breathing and the release of stress. If you do this every hour, you may notice that the stresses of the day are overshadowed by the balance of peace and calm.
