Has anyone designed a form where the student writes their goal, and then on the same form does the work necessary to achieve the goal, ending the form with signatures from the student and myself once the goal is satisfied?

What age students do you work with? I haven’t seen such a form, but I can imagine it would be interesting to try with older students. Anxious to see what people share!

6-7 Combo, I created something really simple but I am hoping someone made something better.

Could you share yours with us? Maybe that will spark some ideas for others of us.
Did you see the Tip of the Week article about having older students write their own notes in the CCPensive? That looks exciting to me. If you haven’t tried the online Penseive, you might check it out at https://www.thedailycafe.com/ccpensieve.
I LOVE it, and discuss with my kids what I’m writing–but have never had any of them try using it themselves. A good idea to develop ownership.
