As the new school year begins, I want to take a moment to acknowledge the incredible work you do every single day. Recently, I had the privilege of visiting schools and training teachers in California, Alabama, Washington, and Michigan, and although the settings and students were different, there was a striking commonality that stood out to me: the unwavering dedication to learning, and passion for doing what is best for students.

In every school and classroom I stepped into, I saw teachers asking thoughtful questions, sharing innovative ideas, and engaging in meaningful collaboration. The enthusiasm for their craft and the deep care for students was evident. It’s not just about delivering lessons; it’s about creating an environment where every student feels valued, heard, and capable of achieving great things.

What I found most inspiring was that despite the differences in geography and student demographics, the core of each educator remained the same. Educators are driven by a common goal: to make a positive, lasting impact on the lives of students. This passion is not just admirable; it’s transformative. It shapes futures, builds confidence, and fosters a love of learning that can last a lifetime.

This week, in appreciation of your unwavering dedication as teachers, we've made all the articles in The Tip accessible to everyone, with or without a membership. We hope these resources support and inspire you as you kick off the new school year.
