Since our small school has a high percentage of struggling readers, it looks like we may be moving to using the Orton Gillingham Structured Literacy approach this year. Do any of you use structured literacy within the Daily 5 format? How does it work with CAFE?
Thanks.
Although we do not comment on specific programs, because Daily 5 does not hold any content, most programs can work with Daily 5. Here's a link to an article about using Daily 5 with basal readers--I know your program is different, but it may give you some insights about how to integrate the two :). https://www.thedailycafe.com/content/integrating-cafe-and-daily-5-basal-resources
