My school system requires a reading rotation chart. How do I display this?

Here’s a chart shown in several forms for showing your students names and their choices for the Daily 5. It’s shown used in several ways. The one linked as “Allison’s sheet” has the possible choices coded in for you that you’d just have to highlight.
If you’re interested in the web based CCPensieve, the sign in there is easy and amazing, and could even be printed off to put in your plans, or wherever you need to store them.
