Was wondering if anyone has any tips etc for implementing Daily 5 with hearing impaired students.
Probably the most important piece of information to keep in mind is what it stated in the child's IEP. It should give suggestions for assisting with listening difficulties. Certainly, Read to Self and Writing, and perhaps Word Work could be accomplished with few accomodations. It would be the Listen to Reading and Read to Someone that would need extra support. I'd talk to his case manager about suggestions for how to best support him/her.
